Mushroom ciulama at Multicooker

The mushrooms are cleaned, washed and cooked in the Multipsooker dish from Phillips, in the BOIL 30 minutes program, ATTENTION, without added water! Remove from the bowl, strain the liquid obtained and finely chop. Meanwhile, the finely cleaned and finely chopped onion is added to the bowl, together with the olive oil and cooked under the FRY program, approx. 10 minutes, until translucent. Then add the finely chopped mushrooms and leave at FRY approx. Ten minutes. Meanwhile, the cream is mixed with the sifted flour, until it is homogenized and diluted with approx. 1000 ml of cold water. After the frying time has elapsed, add the mixture of cream, flour and water, stirring gently until all the ingredients are incorporated and the appliance is programmed to Boil approx. 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

At the end, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Ciulamaua is served as such or with polenta.
