RECIPE PREPARATION Baked brown mushrooms:

Place the mushrooms in a ceramic bowl, add a pinch of salt and sprinkle with olive oil, then fill them with the resulting composition. Add 1/2 cup of water to the ceramic pot, put the pot in the preheated oven, about 30 minutes, over medium heat. They are good both hot and cold.

In a bowl, mix the oil, thyme, green onion (finely chopped), salt and pepper to taste.

Add the mushrooms with the composition above and place them in a heat-resistant dish.

Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.

Serve with polenta or with steak.

There are days when after you get home, from the office, you want to eat something light and tasty. Well, the recipe we propose today: pea salad with baked mushrooms, feta cheese, pips and cold-pressed pumpkin oil Elixir, is ideal for such situations.

Ingredient:

  • 100 g of canned peas
  • 500 gr of brown mushrooms
  • 100 g of feta cheese
  • 50 g of pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cold pressed hemp oil Elixir
  • Salt, pepper, parsley, oregano to taste

Preparation: We clean the mushrooms with a paper towel, and then we slice them. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, after we cut the mushrooms, we take a tray in which we put baking paper. Then place the mushrooms and season with salt, pepper, parsley and oregano. Put the tray in the oven and leave it for about 15-20 minutes, during which time we stir until the mushrooms become dry. Once they are done, we take them out in a bowl. Add the peas, feta cheese, pumpkin seeds and two tablespoons of cold pressed hemp oil Elixir. Stir, and the table is ready to serve!

It can be both good and healthy! These preparations give us energy and do not burden us with unnecessary kilograms.

Energetic breakfast

A breakfast for active people who need energy in the morning, before coffee: poached egg, asparagus drawn in butter with bacon and toast.

Asparagus is a very healthy vegetable with a rich intake of vitamin K. We cook it either blanched (scalded), or sauteed or pan-fried with butter & # 8211 but each time only a short time, so as not to lose its wonderful properties .

Let's start the fires: melt a cube of butter in a pan & # 8211 make sure it doesn't burn & # 8211 and lightly sauté the asparagus. We can cook the thin slice of bacon in a non-stick pan. I also sautéed a few slices of mushrooms and a cherry tomato.

For the laid egg we need eggs that are as fresh as possible. Put the water in a small, deep pot, add a tablespoon of vinegar and a pinch of salt. We break the egg separately in a small bowl, taking care that the yolk remains intact.

When the water boils, let it simmer. With the help of a whisk, we produce a vortex in the water in the pot, and in the middle of it we pour the egg. We time 3 minutes, depending on how soft we want it.

Special ratatouille

This recipe for ratatouille with carrot and ginger puree, brown shimeji mushrooms is special because we cook it in the oven, the vegetables keeping their taste full and fresh.

  • small eggplants
  • pumpkins
  • tomatoes
  • garlic
  • 500 ml of tomato juice
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme

From the tomato juice I made with the hand blender a sauce with garlic, salt, pepper and thyme, a little olive oil. I poured some of the sauce into a heat-resistant dish.

I cut the vegetables into slices and seasoned them with salt, pepper and placed them in a spiral, depending on the size of the pot or in the shape of a rose, because I used a smaller pot for a portion. After placing them in the bowl, I poured the rest of the sauce over them.

I put the pot in the preheated oven at 180 C and left the vegetables for 20-30 minutes, depending on the amount of vegetables used.

For the puree, peel the carrots and bring them to a boil. In the puree, put the boiled carrots, butter, salt and a little grated ginger in the blender cup.

Brown the shimeji brown mushrooms and then fry them in a pan with a little butter and garlic.

We can make this recipe only with Ratatouille and served with salted cheese.
